Characteristics and advantages：
- The whole set of equipment is adopted drape design to avoid dust overflow;
- The magnetic conveyor is adopted upper and lower two sets design, and the iron removal rate is more than 99%
- The crushing sieve adopts two layers of nets, with waste sand discharge outlet on the side, durable and environmental
- The vertical furnace contains preheating system and heat recovery system, reclaimed sand per ton consumes 10m³ natural gas, saving 50% energy comparing to horizontal regeneration furnace;
- Sand cooling tank concludes two parts: heat exchange and cooling. Heat recovery rate from boiling sand is more than 30%. Dust removal rate is up to 99.5%.
Magnetic conveyor
The Magnetic conveyor is designed to remove the scrap iron from casting waste sand. It adopts the upper and lower two sets design and the iron removal rate is more than 99%, ensuring the quality of reclaimed sand.
Crushing sieve
The crushing sieve could smash and grind the casting waste sand lump. It adopts two layers of nets, with waste sand discharge outlet on the side, and drape design on the top to avoid dust overflow.
Vertical furnace
The vertical furnace consists of preheating system, thermal regeneration system, dust removal system and electronic control system. The upper part is a preheating system to preheat the sand, and the lower part is boiling roast system to completely burn the resin on the waste sand to produce reclaimed sand.
Sand cooling tank
The sand cooling tank is equipped with heat recovery structure, returning the heat from the boiling reclaimed sand back to the vertical furnace again. Heat recovery rate is more than 30%, and it reduces the reclaimed cost. Connecting with dust collector to reduce the dust percent and improve the sand quality.
