Characteristics and advantages：

Sand mixer
The sand mixer is equipped with resin bin, methenamine bin, calcium stearate bin, etc. It can automatically control the adding time, mixing time, adding quantity, to avoid workers operation problems during production and improve coating quality.
cooling cylinder
The cooling cylinder is to cool and screen the coated sand quickly. The draft van could cool the coated sand fully, and the dust collector could help protect the environment.
Heating furnace
The heating furnace adopts direct injection design, circulating uniform heating, saving gas, and the thermal efficiency is more than 95%.
Vibrating screen
The Vibratory Sand Sieve is used to shatter, screen and cool the coated sand lump to improve the quality. The screen is easy to change, small and high crushing efficiency.
